Photo was taken following extreme flooding in 1938.

Apparently this was taken at the time Harrah's in Reno, Nevada auctioned off items that formerly had been in Arcadia at Pony Express Museum and had been sold to Harrah's some years earlier.
Photo taken inside Serbian Orthodox Church, 1424 S. Baldwin, during funeral of exiled King Peter II of Yugoslavia. Many people are gathered near open coffin. No identifications.
Three prints of Arcadia's city hall, two of which are taken from slightly different angles but apparently on the same day. There are two copies of one of the photos. Originally built in 1918, it was on the NW corner of Huntington Drive and First Avenue. A photo from a similar angle in 1924 shows ivy growing all the way to the roof. In these photos, the ivy is half way up the outer wall. In one of the prints, a car is seen just entering the photo from the right.
Twelve people are seen picking strawberries on the Mauch ranch at Palm Avenue and Holly Avenue. All are wearing hats. The large white-colored hangars still standing on the Balloon School property can be seen behind the trees in left half of photo.
Female employees of the Arcadia Police Department standing outside the police station at 50 Wheeler St. On right is Flora Mae Keeville, the Chief's secretary September 1956-March 1959. On left is Mary Desmond, a steno clerk from October 1955-November 1958. Both are in full uniform, which includes a hat, button up shirt and/or jacket, skirt, heeled pumps, and a handbag. Queen Anne Cottage is seen from the front, with fountain apparently in a state of disrepair. Stamped on back is, "Assistance League - Film Location Bureau." No further identification.
