Two title searches by First American Title Insurance Company. The first title search is dated January 19, 2010 and the other dated July 19, 2010 and amended July 23, 2010 to determine ownership of a strip of land needed, and supporting explanation from Carolyn Garner-Reagan (e-mail, June 7, 2011) and Phil Wray (City Council minutes, May 25, 2011). The land was once owned by Southern Pacific Railroad but has since dismissed its interest in the land.
