15. Westfield Santa Anita mall sells for $537.5 million. The mall is part of French-based Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's (URW) continued unloading of assets in the United States. The deal is the largest for a mall in the U.S. since 2018. The property at 400 South Baldwin Avenue, now known as The Shops at Santa Anita is 1.48 million square feet and nearly 100% leased. URW acquired the Santa Anita mall in 2018 as part of its $15.7 billion acquisition of Australia-based Westfield, which had owned and operated the mall since 2007.
