Three children stand on lawn in front of white clapboard house rented by William Kreutzkamp family. The children are, L-R: William Kreutzkamp, Jr.; Laura Kreutzkamp; and Charles Kreutzkamp. House was first house on NE corner of First and LaPorte Street and had front door on First Avenue. Mr. Kreutzkamp was station agent at Arcadia Santa Fe Station from 1909-1915.
View across pool at home then owned by Dr. Alva Surber at 1014 Hampton Road. There are broad stairs leading to a covered sitting area that can look out to pool and tennis court on a slightly higher level.
O.D. Harris home on NE corner, 15 E. Orange Avenue (later street name changed to 15 Colorado Blvd). It is listed in 1928 City Directory as on Orange Avenue address. House was demolished about 1960*. Twenty people standing and sitting in front of house, gathered for a McCoy family reunion.[*The house stood until 1962 according to description of photo ID 1029. Noted 7/25/2011.]
Home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bertolina. It was originally located on California (a street which at this time was 3 blocks south of Duarte Road). It washed off its foundation and was then moved to NW corner of 2nd and Alta. There are broad front steps and stone foundation seen in photo.

Home of Charles and Pearl Strong at 460 W. Duarte Road. View shows small clapboard house standing by itself. There is a high-sided trailer standing at left of house. What appears to be chicken houses show in the photo. Claimed to be first white leghorn chicken ranch in Arcadia.

Home and office of Dr. Fletcher Sanborn on NE corner of First and Wheeler. Note his professional sign on the lawn. There is chicken-wire fence showing in front. This house had many lives; its last was home for H.O.Y. Clinic until this was torn down about 1977.
Looking east on Huntington Drive from intersection at First Avenue. Two men on south side of Huntington are not identified. Seven automobiles are seen on street. Clara Baldwin Stocker standing in front of a house. A covered porch area on both sides of the house is built around a large tree. There is a sign above the window behind Clara which reads, "BALDWIN." Possibly Lucky Baldwin's house in Lake Tahoe.
