(see Arcadia VF-Baldwin, Anita) Anita's father built stone cottage in May 1902 on lot 7 and part of lots 8&9 in block 98 of Santa Anita Tract. (This information came from Mrs. Sharlene Cartier, who owned the house in 1973.)
