Phase I of Arcadia Public Library Renovation/Expansion Project at 20 W. Duarte Road. Trash cans turned upside down straddled the drainage pipe which was installed to drain water off the roof. This photo is taken from what used to be the Children's Room patio, looking toward the temporary front doors.
