The deal is the largest for a mall in the U.S. since 2018. The property at 400 South Baldwin Avenue, now known as The Shops at Santa Anita is 1.48 million square feet and nearly 100% leased. URW acquired the Santa Anita mall in 2018 as part of its $15.7 billion acquisition of Australia-based Westfield, which had owned and operated the mall since 2007.
