Young man with a paisley tie and high collar sitting at a desk. There are what appear to be mail boxes above his head. There is also a jar with Calla Lillies on ledge behind him. Beneath him is printed: Santa Anita R.W. Station. His identity was given as George Kennedy, Santa Fe and Wells Fargo Agent, by Sandy Snider in April of 1998.

Under the sign reading Brunswick tires and tubes on the left, is a group of five. Man with hat and cigarette is Mr. McLean. Man on extreme left is his helper. Elias J. "Lucky" Baldwin on left and Richard F. Carman Sr., one of America's early horsemen. Photo was taken probably about 1907 and printed in newspaper of March 1937 at the time of Carman's death. Carman's horses won four races and placed second in two others on opening day of Baldwin's Santa Anita Race Track.
