66. Arcadia's first float entry in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses came from the actions of Cooperative Arcadians (later to become Arcadia Woman's Club). In fall of 1914, Cooperative Arcadians requested $200 from Arcadia City Council and it was granted for the January 1915 parade, however Mrs. Anita Baldwin came forth with an offer to pay the bill prior to the parade.
