Arcadia Presbyterian Church's 100th anniversary (centennial) will feature a choral and organ concert. John Henken will conduct the chorus and Tabitha Henken will be the organ accompanist.
Arcadia High School Choral Program concludes year with First Annual Choir Night Cafe benefit concert on May 20 at Arcadia Performing Arts Center. 2022 has been a year marked with change, with a new director and a return to in-person performances following distance learning due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Arcadia community honors musician and Arcadia High School alumnus Joe Ramsey at a benefit memorial concert at Santa Anita Park on February 21. Joe Ramsey had been a founding member of rock groups The Prime Movers and Dread Zeppelin, both of which featured fellow Arcadia musicians.
Todd Dickson, a 12-year-old student at Baldwin Stocker School, has won a trip to Spain. Parade Magazine conducted a contest for news carriers across the country. Todd joins 139 other carriers for his two week trip.

Per Teri Weeks, a long-time church member, this church building was torn down in 1961 and new sanctuary was built in 1962, so this photo was probably 1950s.
Caridad Papa is 110 years old, a super centenarian, whose wish is no more wars. She is a longtime parishioner of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Arcadia. She is a former resident of Arcadia. She grew up in The Philippines, married, raised 5 children, and settled in California. Candy Colayco is her daughter.
Members of the Arcadia chapter of the Los Angeles Church of Christ gathered at Arcadia Park for a day of picnicking and cleaning up. This congregation is new to Arcadia.
