The Arcadia High School Class of 2001 graduated 780 students at the Santa Anita Park race track. Valedictorian Vincent Auyeung gave a speech. This was the second year the graduation was held at the race track.

A television from Macedonia videotapes a government class at Arcadia High School to show how local politics and citizenship participation work in this country. The finished program will air in Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Greece and Bulgaria.

"Apache News" is a news show produced by the advanced video production class at Arcadia High School, under the tutelage of Bill Citron. The weekly show keeps students on campus informed. Citron's students can be quite marketable in the video production industry once they leave his program.
