141. Due to the drought in Mexico, red jalapeno peppers needed to make Huy Fong Foods' sriracha sauce are in short supply. Though Ray Goei of Arcadia says he isn't worried because he still has a big bottle at home, he may find an empty shelf or a hefty price increase when he tries to get more. A 9-ounce bottle of Huy Fong's chili sauce, normally $2.49 is now offered on Ebay for $18.89 and $34.50 from a third-party seller on Walmart.com. The deal is the largest for a mall in the U.S. since 2018. The property at 400 South Baldwin Avenue, now known as The Shops at Santa Anita is 1.48 million square feet and nearly 100% leased. URW acquired the Santa Anita mall in 2018 as part of its $15.7 billion acquisition of Australia-based Westfield, which had owned and operated the mall since 2007.
