View of front entry to what has been called the O.D. Harris house at 15 E. Orange Avenue (now, Colorado Boulevard). Title Insurance & Trust checked the heritage for us and found the building probably was built in late 1880's for Southern California Floral Farm & Perfumery Co. Building stood until 1962. As of 1980, an apartment building was on that location.
Home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bertolina. It was originally located on California (a street which at this time was 3 blocks south of Duarte Road). It washed off its foundation and was then moved to NW corner of 2nd and Alta. There are broad front steps and stone foundation seen in photo.

Group of 30 students and one teacher standing by the "little red schoolhouse." It was on corner of California and Santa Anita Avenue and had been converted out of a vacant saloon. It was pressed into service when students outgrew new building that opened in 1907. We believe African-American boy in second row is Julian Fisher.
