Elias J. "Lucky" Baldwin Packing House which was located just north of Oakwood Hotel and beside Santa Fe Railroad tracks. Printing on the roof is announcement of Baldwin property for sale in Los Angeles, Arcadia, Monrovia and El Monte. On sides of building, the fruits and wines available are given. Arcadia's float in the January 1, 1980 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. It was titled WHITE CHRISTMAS. Riding on the float were: MarrLin Greathouse, queen; and princesses Judi Bithell, Laurie Churchman, Tina Borgatta, and Amy Pfau.
There is no print of this negative. The negative is of newspaper clippings announcing the opening of new housing developments, including Rancho Santa Anita and Santa Anita Village.
