The Community Hotline, sponsored by the Arcadia Presbyterian Church, will be able to pay its telephone bill for the remainder of the year, thanks to a decision by the City Council to grant the telephone counseling service $8,000. Councilman Charles Gilb questioned using taxpayers' money for a church-related operation, and asked how the Hotline would raise funds next year. Rev.
