The City of Los Angeles plans to file a suit against Los Angeles County and welcomes other cities to join in a class action suit to force the County to tax residents of unincorporated areas directly for services provided. Anyone who is eligible for Social Security, aged, blind or disabled categories. Fill out the appropriate form and return it to City Hall before October 31 to avoid the tax for 1975. Eligibility must be reestablished year.
