In additon to the $300,000 donated by Ruth and Charles Gilb, another $85,000 has been contributed from the community for the new Arcadia Historical Museum.
In a letter to the Tribune, Chairman Charles Gilb says that the auditorium project is ready to move forward. A non-profit corporation has been set up and this will make donations tax-deductible.
