The Ruth and Charles Gilb Arcadia Historical Museum celebrates its tenth year anniversary with an exhibit called Ten Years and Counting: the Legacy of the Ruth and Charles Gilb Arcadia Historical Museum, through October 29.
375 Arcadia High School Apaches are set for marching in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 2, 2017, and at the Rose Parade Band Fest on New Year's Eve at Pasadena City College. Band director is Mr. Seth Murray. The Apache Marching Band has performed in the Rose Parade 15 times over the past 50 years.

Evanne Elizabeth Friedmann was crowned the 93rd Rose Queen by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses President Jeffrey Throop. She is a seventeen year old La Canada High School senior and will reign over the 122nd Rose Parade. Pasadena Tournament of Roses 2020 Royal Court announced. Royal Court members will serve as ambassadors of the Tournament of Roses, the Pasadena community, and the greater Los Angeles area and will each receive $7500 educational scholarship. One girl on the court, Rukan Saif, is from Arcadia High School.

History of Taste of Arcadia, the Chamber of Commerce event. It takes place September 24 this year at Los Angeles County Arboretum. Traditionally held the last Monday in September, each year the event grows in popularity. Taste of Arcadia began as the Wine Shed Mixer to raise money for Arcadia Tournament of Roses Association.

2019 Rose Parade. Tournament of Roses names 44 court finalists. Four are from Arcadia High School. They are Faith van Haaster, Pourobee Saha, Linzi Qi, Helena Simpson, and Margaret Chang.
Thirty-one finalists have made the cut for the 2011 Royal Court for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. The girls from Arcadia are Jaslyn Elders, Giselle Hillier and Tatyane Berrios. The seven member Royal Court will be announced Monday, October 11, and the Rose Queen will be chosen from the final seven on October 19.
