Jockey Rodolfo Arvizu will receive the 2014 White Horse Award for his selfless effort to rescue fellow jockey Annie Von Rosen this past March, when her horse suddenly collapsed and trapped her underneath, at Turf Paradise. The White Horse Awards will take place at The Derby Restaurant in Arcadia, October 30.
