Arcadia Woman's Club hosted its annual appreciation luncheon for Arcadia's first responders from the Arcadia Police Department and Arcadia Fire Department. About 80 members of APD and AFD attended.

A black-tie centennial ball was held in Ayres Hall at Los Angeles County Arboretum, with a Greek theme. Dinner was catered by The Derby Restaurant. Arcadia Woman's Club invites local residents to holiday fashion show fundraiser on Saturday, November 9 at the historic clubhouse at 324 South First Avenue. The cost is $50 per person.
