Two Asian men died Wednesday night after being gunned down as they left a restaurant in the 1000 block of South Baldwin Ave. One victim was identified as Kenneth Tsui of West Covina.
Wing Wong Lam has been identified as the second victim in the shooting on September 4 at a restaurant in the 1000 block of South Baldwin Avenue. The other victim was Kennneth Tsui. No motive for the shooting has been estblished.
