Arcadia High School's Constitution Team won the state championship in February and is now competing in the 23rd annual "We are the People: the Citizen and the Constitution National Finals" in Washington D.C. Cozette Munatones, 24, a graduate of Maranatha High School who currently attends USC, will represent Arcadia in the Miss California USA Pageant on November 23-24.
