Ruth Gilb elected president of Arcadia Tournament of Roses Association. Mrs. Gilb took over from Craig Lucas as the newly elected president for the year 1983-84.
Members of the 1983 Arcadia Tournament of Roses Association's Royal Court were named. They are: Erica Greathouse, Anita Jo Kempt, Lorene Krajian, Kelly Marie McGuire and Andrea Martinet.
The City Council approved three members for the Planning Commission. They are attorney Craig Lucas, architect Frank Hsu, and manager-consultant S. H. Wen.
Arcadia resident Anjali Agrawal, a senior at La Salle High School, was named one of the seven princesses selected for the 2003 Tournament of Roses Court. She was selected from a group of 38 finalists.

Arcadia High School Marching Band selected to march in 2021 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. This will be Arcadia High School's 17th time in the Rose Parade. Bob Miller is the Tournament of Roses President.
"The Senior Prom," Arcadia's float entry in the 1983 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, features dancing couples on a ballroom floor beneath floral chandeliers. The Arcadia Rose Court, with their escorts, are the dancers.
28 finalists selected for the 2024 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Royal Court. Winners will be named Monday, October 2, with crowning of the queen slated for October 27.
