This is first issue of the Arcadia Bulletin, the third newspaper published from the stucco building shown in the picture, thereby earning title Arcadia's Birthplace of Newspapers. The building shown is at 531 North First Avenue. D.H. Roush and son Frank G. Roush started their first publication in this community, the Weekly News, in 1924. Then in 1930 they founded the Tribune.
