Ernest Schultz and his twin sisters Freda Schultz and Hilda Schultz, who were residents of early Arcadia and former students of the little school at the corner of Huntington Drive and Santa Anita, reunite and talk about life and schools in the early 1900s, including Arcadia's first school in the old packing house on the Baldwin Ranch. Miss Arcadia of 1963 is Vikki Lynn Davis. She will be on the Arcadia float in the Rose Parade on January 1, 1963. The Junior Chamber of Commerce conducted the contest. Two princesses were selected: Lauren Dahl and Diana Lynne Donnelly.
Mrs. Raymond A. Dorn, wife of Pasadena real estate man, who developed much of the property north of Foothill Boulevard in Arcadia, was killed and her husband injured in an automobile accident at Rosemead Boulevard and Callita Street.
