Left to right, in boat - Mr. Mathews, Mrs. F.D. Black, Mr. Stocker ("Lucky's son-in-law), Mrs. H.C. Wyatt, in white; Mrs. Stocker (Lucky's daughter) and Mrs. Scott. Two women are seated on chairs with Edna Lenz standing directly behind them. Six other people are seen in background at dedication of Santa Anita Depot after it had been relocated to the Arboretum. Seated at left is Dextra Baldwin Hopper, great granddaughter of E. J. "Lucky" Baldwin (daughter of Baldwin M. Baldwin). Seated at right is Rozella Baldwin Gilmore, an illegitimate daughter of E. J. "Lucky" Baldwin. Her mother was Martha Agnes Fowler, who was acknowledged in Baldwin's will.
Photos of three offices used by H.H.Goddard Realty through the years in business in Arcadia. One at top left was opened in 1947 at 904 S. Baldwin; the photo at top right was their office from about 1950 on and was at 1505 S. Baldwin Avenue. Lower photo shows office they occupy in 1980 at 1010 S. Baldwin.

Shopping Bag Market (which is listed in 1939 City Directory at 1225 S. Baldwin) and the West Arcadia Service Station (apparently owned at this time by Blake Smith and Bruce Wetmore), located at 1221 S. Baldwin.
Ericsson's Pharmacy located on SW corner of Duarte and Baldwin Avenue (1201 S. Baldwin). Note what appears to be called Spartan Market at 1203 S. Baldwin. Proprietor of market according to 1931 City Directory was C.N. Knott.
Looking west on Duarte Road near intersection with Baldwin Avenue. Ericsson's Pharmacy is listed at 1201 S. Baldwin. West Arcadia Public Market was owned by Mr. C.M. Knott and was located at 1203 S. Baldwin. The new building under construction here on S.E. corner apparently at 1200 S. Baldwin was for the Bank of Italy National Trust & Savings according to 1928 City Directory.
