The Great Scot Restaurant built in Arcadia at 100 N. Santa Anita Avenue. It opened in March,1972. Beyond the restaurant the Towne Center Building of about 6 stories can be seen. It is at 150 N. Santa Anita Avenue.

The dividing screen was made of styrofoam balls painted brown to pick up the color of the cork walls used in some areas. These were also used atop the stacks. Mid-century style. Globe lights.

In 1927 it was deconsecrated and purchased by Clarence Gordon who converted it into a restaurant that became famous for its "excellent food served in a quiet, old-world setting".
