15. Westfield Santa Anita mall sells for $537.5 million. The mall is part of French-based Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's (URW) continued unloading of assets in the United States. The deal is the largest for a mall in the U.S. since 2018. The property at 400 South Baldwin Avenue, now known as The Shops at Santa Anita is 1.48 million square feet and nearly 100% leased. URW acquired the Santa Anita mall in 2018 as part of its $15.7 billion acquisition of Australia-based Westfield, which had owned and operated the mall since 2007. Though Ray Goei of Arcadia says he isn't worried because he still has a big bottle at home, he may find an empty shelf or a hefty price increase when he tries to get more. A 9-ounce bottle of Huy Fong's chili sauce, normally $2.49 is now offered on Ebay for $18.89 and $34.50 from a third-party seller on Walmart.com.
