Flyer shows new features of "Arcadia Searchlight," the library's new catalog that went live on Monday, December 13, 2010. Searchlight is the name for the patron/user catalog, while library staff knows it as Koha. Koha is the new open source ILS (integrated library system). Library has just migrated from Sirsi/Workflows.; 3. A "Brown Bag Talk" on the history of the Arcadia Public Library, covering 1913-2010, was given by Carolyn Garner-Reagan, Director of Library & Museum Services, on October 21, 2010, at the Arcadia Historical Museum. This is a script of her talk and slide show.; 4. Results of research project by Fuller Theological Seminary student Karisa Harke, reported on December 23, 2010. Harke surveyed 34 high school library users to find out why they use the library. Most respondents said they used the library to do homework or study. Harke found 10 main reasons.; 5.
