Southern Pacific Railroad freight station located at First and Santa Clara Streets. We were told in 1978 that this building was moved to Travel Town in Griffith Park (Los Angeles). This photograph belongs to the Huntington Library. It is shown here for research only.

Moving picture theater is mid-way in block on south side of street. Church with tower on NE corner of Huntington Drive and Santa Anita Avenue was moved to South First Avenue about 1935.
Looking west across intersection of Baldwin and Duarte Road to Hinshaw's Department Store, which was located at 1201 S. Baldwin. The street trees planted by the City of Arcadia are seen as an attractive addition to the street. Hinshaw's went out of business in 1992.
