Verizon may pursue legal action against Arcadia over City Council's rejection of its petition to construct a 53 feet tall faux bell cell phone tower. City Manager Dominic Lazzaretto, in an email, stated that no litigation has been filed but Verizon has indicated they are reviewing their options, including a lawsuit.
